CEMC - Multiple Protein Structure Alignment Server
Download CE-MC Multiple Structure Alignment Software:
Precompiled binaries with source code:
SunOS Solaris: cemc_1.1_Solaris.tar.gz
Linux: cemc_1.1_SUSE_Linux.tar.gz
Note: This release has been tested on SunOs Release 5.9 with gcc 2.9 and Fedora Core 2 Linux with gcc 3.3.3.
Installation:
1. Download the tar.gz file to your local disk.
2. unzip the file. For example, if the file name is "cemc-1.0.tar.gz", uncompress it with command "gzip -d cemc-1.0.tar.gz".
3. untar the file. with command "tar -xvf cemc-1.0.tar"
4. Install the project. type "cd cemc-1.0" and type "Install.sh".
